About the founder

Alex spent more than 20 years in senior commercial leadership roles helping scale businesses.
He helped grow an IT services business from £4 million to £38 million revenue.
He helped launch a legal tech venture that went on to generate more than £22 million in revenue.
He has worked at senior leadership level on growth and exit planning.
He is a trained AI coach and operator with real experience of delivering change that works.
The approach is simple: Be clear. Be supportive. Be direct. Focus on the work that matters.

Why I care about this work

In my twenties I had cancer.
Years later, my wife went through cancer too.
Both experiences changed how I think about time, work and what really matters.
Life is too short for waste.
Too short for teams stuck in mundane admin.
Too short for leaders drowning in inefficiency.
I believe great people should be free to do great work.
And I believe businesses can transform when they are intentional with their time, their energy and their focus.
